1. Consultation Sessions

• Pre-Session Cancellations/Rescheduling:
  If you need to cancel or reschedule your astrology consultation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will not be eligible for a refund, but you may reschedule the session for a later time.

• Post-Session Refunds:
  Once a session has been completed, no refunds will be issued. If you feel that the session did not meet your expectations, we encourage you to contact us within 24 hours of the session to discuss any concerns. We aim to provide a satisfactory experience and can offer a follow-up consultation at a discounted rate if necessary.

2. Written Astrology Reports or Charts

• Refunds for Written Reports:
  Written astrology reports or charts are customized specifically for each individual and cannot be refunded once the report has been delivered. If you are dissatisfied with the report due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect birth data or analysis), we will correct the issue and provide a revised report at no additional cost.

• Cancellation Before Delivery:
  If you request a refund before the report has been delivered (within 24 hours of placing the order), you will receive a full refund. Once the report is sent, no refunds will be provided.

3. Refund Process

• All refund requests must be made through email or our support contact form. Please include details of your service, the reason for your refund request, and any relevant information.
• Refunds will typically be processed within 7–10 business days. Payments will be refunded to the original payment method.

4. No Refunds for Intuitive Services

• Intuitive or psychic astrology services, including tarot readings, energy assessments, and similar services, are considered final and non-refundable once delivered.

5. Exceptional Cases

• In rare situations where an exceptional issue arises (e.g., technical problems during an online session, personal emergency), we may offer a partial refund or reschedule the service. We review these on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness to both parties.
